Refund Policy

If cancellation is due to a fault on the part of Shinsei Transport, a full refund will be provided.

In the case of customer-initiated cancellations:

8 or more days from the scheduled date: Full refund

Within 1 week of the scheduled date: 50% refund

Within 3 days of the scheduled date: 30% refund

On the day of the service: No refund is accepted.

In the event of natural disasters, political upheavals, earthquakes, or other unforeseen circumstances that make scheduled service provision difficult, we will handle it through appropriate consultations.

Bank transfer and credit card payment

For credit card payments, we use the payment agency services of Stripe Japan Inc. When applying, we will send you a payment link from Stripe for processing. To ensure secure payment, your information is transmitted via SSL (128-bit) encryption when sent through the Stripe site. We do not retain credit card information on our site; it is securely managed by Stripe."
